Accessing the full pricing history and logic for any tire is fast and easy, right inside your product catalog.

1. Navigate to the Product Catalog: Open the main catalog view.

2. Select a Tire: Click on any specific tire you wish to analyze.

3. Find the New Icon: Look for the new icon that has appeared near the pricing details.

4. View the Pricing Breakdown: Click the icon, and a detailed window will pop up, showing all the inputs and logic used to generate the final price.

The Pricing Rationale window is your key to ensuring accuracy and profitability. It clearly outlines the sophisticated calculations performed by the system:

• Supplier Inputs: See the raw data coming directly from your tire suppliers. This is crucial for troubleshooting. If a final price looks unusually high or low, you can immediately check if the supplier incorrectly priced the tire on their end.

• Customized Strategy: The rationale shows your specific, customized pricing strategy in action. This includes all the markups, rules, and competitor checks you have set up in the system (e.g., your default margin, brand markups, or competitor price matching rules).
