Google Reviews

 

You can configure the system to automatically request Google reviews from customers after a work order is completed.

  1. Go to Shop Settings in your account.

  2. Click on Shop Settings.

  3. Navigate to Customer Reviews.

  4. Use the toggle switch to turn the feature on.

  5. Select the timing for the request: either instantly (recommended) or choose later and define a specific amount of time.

  6. Hit Save.

The review request will now be sent automatically to the customer as soon as you mark a work order as complete (closed).

Block Review Requests for a Specific Customer

If you have an interaction with a customer where you prefer not to send a review request, you can block them individually.

  1. When inside of a work order, you can manage whether or not to send a review to the customer.

  2. Click the Edit button in the Customer Details section.

  3. Toggle on the option labeled No Review Requests.

  4. Hit Save. This customer will now be excluded from receiving automatic review requests.

Monitor Review Requests

The Reviews tab allows you to track all review requests that have been sent out.

  1. Go to the Reviews tab.

  2. You will see a list of every customer you have requested reviews from, along with the associated work order.

  3. By clicking into the work order details, you can view information such as the services performed and the technician assigned.

  4. The tab also displays the total number of reviews requested and the percentage this represents out of the total work orders.
