How do I know if a new lead or sale has come through?

TireTutor notifies you the moment a new lead or online sale comes in, so you can follow up fast.

• A red notification badge appears next to Leads or Sales in your menu, showing how many new items you have.

• If you're anywhere inside the Shop Management System, a green pop-up alert will appear in the upper-right; click it to jump straight to the lead or sale details.

• Even if you’re in another browser tab, the Shop Management tab will flash to get your attention when a new lead or sale comes through.

• Menu notifications stay visible for leads until you confirm or reschedule the lead; they'll stay visible for sales until you enter the claim code your customer provides.
