How to adjust your hours for holidays or other events

 

Adjust Appointment Hours for Holidays

If your shop is closed for an upcoming holiday or has adjusted hours, you can update your appointment availability in the system settings.

  1. Click on your Account in the navigation bar.

  2. Click on Shop Settings.

  3. Once in the Settings menu, navigate to Stores.

  4. Click on Scheduling Appointment Hours.

Set Special Appointment Hours

You will now add the specific holiday date and define the store's hours or closure status.

  1. Click on Add Special Appointment Hours.

  2. Click on Add a new date.

  3. Select the upcoming holiday date (e.g., July 4th) from the calendar.

  4. To close the store for the entire day, click the Closed option.

  5. Alternatively, if you are only closing early or adjusting hours, you can manually change the first time and last time fields to reflect the hours you are available to take customers.

  6. Once the hours or closure status is set, click Update.
