How to Claim Funds for an Online Order

Easily claim online payments for tire and auto repair orders!

Find the Sale you want to Claim Funds for

To claim funds that a customer paid online for their tire or repair order, you will first need to go to the sales page to find your sale you want to claim funds for.

You can find your sales page by clicking on CRM on the left side menu and then selecting Sales, or by going to this URL: https://dealers.tiretutor.com/sales

Get your Customer's Claim Code

Once you click into the sales that you want to claim funds for, you will see an input for a "Claim Code" in the Claim Order section.  You will now need to locate the customer's specific order.

Ask the customer for their claim code. This is a six-digit alphanumeric code that confirms their online payment.

Retrieving a Missing Code

If the customer does not have their claim code, you can contact Tire Tutor for assistance.

Initiating the Transfer

Once you have the claim code, input it into the "Claim Code" field in the Claim Order section of the sales page.

Click the Claim button. This action will initiate the ACH transfer process, moving the funds for the online order into your account.
