How to confirm service requests
When customers submit service requests through your website, the Tire Tutor platform centralizes these leads, allowing you to quickly confirm the appointment and create an estimate.
Review the Pending Lead

Log in to the platform and navigate to the leads section, here https://dealers.tiretutor.com/leads

The most recently submitted requests will appear at the top of the list with a status of Pending.

Click into the lead to view the details.
Confirm the Appointment

Review the submitted information:

Submission date and time.
-
Preferred date and time for service.
-
Vehicle year, make, and model.
-
Description of the requested service.
-
Customer preference (drop-off or wait).
-

Optional: Enter any internal notes for the customer (e.g., "See you then").

Click the one-click confirm button to approve the appointment.
Create an Estimate

After confirming the appointment, click the one-click to create an estimate button.

The estimate will be created as a draft. You can now go in and edit the estimate.

Within the estimate draft, you can add more information, including:

Specific details about the vehicle.
-
Required labor and parts.
-
Any necessary tires or services.
-

You can easily navigate back to the original lead from the estimate screen if needed.
View on the Scheduler
Once the estimate is created, the confirmed service request will automatically appear on your shop's schedule.

Go into the Scheduler, here https://dealers.tiretutor.com/schedule

Navigate to the overall schedule view.

Locate the confirmed appointment on the calendar based on the customer's preferred date and time. The confirmed lead and its associated estimate will now be visible on the schedule.
