How to create a quote - getting started

Learn how to quickly create and text/email your live 7-day tire quote to your customers.

Initiate a New Tire Quote

The Tire Quoting functionality allows you to generate quotes quickly while on a customer call and is accessible from any window in the system.

  1. Click on New Tire Quote on the top right next to "Employee Pin" button.

  2. Gather the customer's contact information: first name, last name, email, and phone number.

Search for Tires

You can search for tires based on the customer's knowledge of their vehicle or tire size.

  1. If the customer knows the size, search by size (e.g., 205, 65, 16).

  2. Otherwise, you can search by vehicle.

  3. Optional:  After clicking search, you can filter your results with the filters on the left to narrow the selection. Filters include:

    • In-store tires only.

    • Tires from active distributors.

    • Brand, winter tires, load range, etc.

Add Tires and Services to the Quote

Select the tires the customer is interested in and finalize the quote details.

  1. Select the desired tires by clicking the check mark next on the left of each tire.

  2. Click Add to Tire Quote. The selected tires, along with your system's automatically calculated AI sale price, will be added.

  3. The New Tire Quote button on the top right will now have an orange dot on the top right of it. Click on the New Tire Quote button to see the quote with your newly added tires.
  4. Use the provided box to add any recommended automotive services, or to add any necessary comments.

  5. Click Create on the bottom right of the popup to send the quote to your customer.

Note: The quote will remain live for seven days, with pricing updating daily based on your current costs and set markups.

Deliver and Track the Quote

The system automatically sends the quote to the customer and creates a reference for you.

  1. Click Create. This action will simultaneously send the quote to the customer via text and email.

  2. A corresponding "cheat sheet" is created in your system, which you can locate under the Quotes tab.

  3. If the customer calls back, you can pull up the quote to quickly adjust the quantity and see the updated price for different scenarios (e.g., two tires vs. a full set of five).

  4. To see what the customer received, click Preview. This shows the exact text/email content with the recommended tires, allowing the customer to check out as they would on your website.
