How to order tires from any supplier

How to Order Tires From All Suppliers in One Place

Step 1: Search for a tire

1. Open Tire Tutor.

2. Enter a tire size into the search field (for example, a common tire size).

3. Review the list of available tires and suppliers.

Step 2: Select a tire and supplier

1. Find the tire you want to order (for example, a Hankook tire).

2. Check which wholesalers have availability.

3. Select the wholesaler and click Order.

Step 3: Complete checkout

1. Proceed through the checkout process.

2. Enter a PO number.

3. Add any notes related to the order.

4. Submit the order.

This checkout process works the same way whether or not the supplier has an API feed.

Step 4: Track the order

1. Go to Purchase Orders to view your order.

2. Check the order status:

• If the supplier has an API feed:

  • The order will immediately show as Ordered.

• If the supplier does not have an API feed:

  • The order will first show as Pending Approval.

  • The supplier will review and approve the request.

  • Once approved, the status will update to Ordered.

Step 5: Manage all suppliers in one place

1. Continue ordering tires from any supplier directly within Tire Tutor.

2. No need to switch between multiple tabs or supplier websites—everything is handled in one screen.
