How to re-open work orders

Dealer Admins and Owners can now reopen a paid and completed work order to make corrections and then re-close it.

To re-open a work order:

Step 1: Open the work order

Step 2: Click on the three dots to the right of the "Return" button.

Step 3: In the drop-down that appears, click "Reopen Work Order". 

Step 4: Make any necessary edits.

Step 5: Click "Set Completed" once you're done.
