How to add road hazard to a work order

 

The shop management system automates the calculation of percent-based road hazard pricing, eliminating manual math for counter staff.

  1. Navigate to a work order with tire.

  2. Click the Edit icon (Pencil icon) next to the total price at the top level of the tire group item in the work order.

  3. Click the button that says Add Road Hazard Warranty.

  4. The system will automatically calculate and update the road hazard warranty pricing based on the current price of the tire(s).

  5. Click Save to incorporate the road hazard warranty into the work order.

Note for Enterprise Clients: Road hazard can be configured as a mandatory feature within work orders when tires are added.
