Overview of Settings Sections
Once you are on the main settings menu, you will see several tabs or sections, each controlling different aspects of the system:
Stores This section allows you to manage leads, notification emails, and phone numbers. It also controls your store hours, which are used for scheduling on your TireTutor website, as well as the number of days set as a buffer on those calendars.
Labor Rates This controls both the hourly labor rate and the "rust tax" (if applicable).
Taxes This is where you configure both state and local tax rates.
Printouts Use this setting to set the default number of invoices, estimates, and work orders you want to print each time you hit the print button.
Shop Fees Here, you can set your shop fees. You can set them separately for both tires and for general services, and you can also set an overall total cap on these fees.
Customer Reviews This setting allows you to turn on automated customer reviews, which are automatically sent out when a work order is set to "complete."
Suppliers This tab shows the available suppliers that can be connected to your TireTutor products catalog.
