To start interacting with the assistant, simply click on the tire icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
❓ Asking a Question
Once the chatbot is open, you can immediately begin typing your question. The assistant will provide step-by-step instructions for your query and will also include a link to the corresponding article within this KnowledgeBase for further details. You can continue the conversation as needed.
🔄 Starting a New Chat
To clear the current conversation and begin a new chat, press the arrow button at the top of the chat screen.
