Tracking your phone leads and listening to calls

This feature will help you track what's happening in your store, and help you coach your team.

 

The Tire Tutor platform includes native call tracking data, eliminating the need for external integrations or additional services to view call analytics.

  1. Log in to the shop management system.

  2. Click on the Phone Leads tab.

Review Call Analytics

The Phone Leads view provides a summary and breakdown of your shop's incoming calls.

  1. View the high-level analytics, which include:

    • The total number of calls received.

    • The average call time.

    • A breakdown of the number of calls by call length.

Utilize Filters for Detailed Search

You can use the available filters to narrow down the call data for specific insights.

  1. Filter the data by a particular date range.

  2. Search by a customer name to find a specific interaction.

  3. Search by the customer's phone number.

  4. Look for calls within a certain length of time.

Analyze Individual Call Details

The list below the analytics provides granular details for each incoming call.

  1. Review the create date of the call.

  2. See the customer name and phone number.

  3. Note the call length.

  4. Read the call transcript directly on the screen.

  5. Click the recording links to listen to any of the call recordings.

This data provides the necessary information to analyze and understand what is happening during your shop's phone calls.
